Travel post decision but awaiting BRP

Recently got a successful decision for switch from Tier2 ICT to Skilled worker VISA. However due to some commitments can be requested to travel back to home country before BRP is recieved (around end of March).
In such scenario can spouse recieve the BRP and send it via express courier (DHL etc).
There is a 30 day timeframe to travel back on the new role(around end of April).
