Delayed start date and its impact on ILR eligibility

Post by chattean » Wed Mar 17, 2021 4:54 pm

Hi Team,
You may find this query repetitive but believe I am getting confused by every passing day.

My Tier 2 general visa start date in 01 Apr 2016 but I had to delay joining date to 09 May which is 38 days.
This was also reported in SMS system by my sponsor during that time.
I have made an international trip as well during this time.

I am wondering for ILR eligibility should I consider 01 Apr 2016 or 09 May 2016?

Thanks
