IHS Refund Process

Hi Team,

My wife was on Tier 2 general visa last year and had paid 3 year IHS fees... but had to shift to ICT T2 dependant this year March which was sponsored by my current company and they paid 1 year IHS fees...

Now I’m shifting from ICT to PBS General - while i make the application for my wife also to PBS dependant...
How did get the IHS refund that was paid for 3 years while she was on Tier 2 general visa

The Card I used to pay the 3 year IHS is closed and not In use ... won’t the amount bounce back in such case ... how did I contact IHS to query on this ?
