ILR Dependent Visa Application queries, which form should i fill, SET (O) or SET (M)

Hi,
Good Morning.

I have 3 queries

1st query,
I came to UK on tier 2 general dependent visa (Tier 2 general PBS, 5 year route) back in 2016. Now i'm eligible for applying ILR. My husband took British Citizenship back in Dec 2020 via ILR + Tier 2 General Route. Can you please suggest which form i have to fill SET (O) or SET (M).

2nd query,
Can i apply for ILR alone, without including my kids. We are planning to apply their ILR later (Valid visa is there till May 2022).

3rd Query,
Can i apply for British citizenship after getting my ILR. i mean, not waiting for 1 year like my husband did in his case.
