BRP FOR DAUGHTER EXPIRED IN APRIL , CAN WE RETURN BACK TO UK URGENT HELP

Sorry , as I could not find the previous post or an answer to this question.

We are currently out of the UK due to medical emergency for my wife.

Myself my wife and my boy have Brtiish passports, where as my daughter has an Indian passport and has Indefinite leave to remain. Her BRP expired in April 2020.

I had done an apllication for her BRP renewal before we left the UK, but have not recieved any reply or card yet.

We had applied for medical visa to travel , as my daughter has Indian passort she did not need any visa to travel to India.

Can we travel back to the UK with my daughters expired ILR BRP ?

Would they allow us to board the plane and enter the UK on arrival ?

Some advice would be appreciated.

She won't be allowed to board the plane without valid proof of her leave to remain in the UK.

You will need to apply for a replacement single entry visa vignette from India.

She is applying for a single entry visa vignette to facilitate returning to the UK because she does not have a valid brp. She is NOT applying for a "visa".
