Delete your computer/phone cache first. Make sure you do not have any “auto-fill password” option on. Delete the browser history too. Start over again then. Log in to UKVI account FIRST. Click “book an appointment” and then proceed to UKVCAS account. Click “forget password” and retrieve your password. Input a NEW password. Make sure “auto fill” password option is off. Clear the history/cache again.

Login UKVI account first, book an appointment, login UKVCAS account then.
