Long term Residence - 10 Yrs route

Hi ,

Need a clarification - myself and my daughter has completed 10 yrs lawfully , Gone through to Online Application process ( SET LR form )but there is no option to include my dependent child along with my application.
So the query is do i need to apply a separate online application as well.

Currently in a ICT tier 2 and completed 1o yrs and my dependants will be completing 10 yrs in another 3 months. so if i apply for ILR via priority service for myself what will happen to the dependants visa .. will it be still valid or will it get cancelled.

Dependant visa will remain valid until its validity date.

SET(LR) has no concept of dependents. You will have to make a separate application for your daughter.

No. A visa does NOT get invalidated like that (as a side effect). That will be an unfair retrospective effect and the rules are largely are written in a way to avoid this.
