Change my name after I get my first british passport

Post by Omyousif » Tue Mar 30, 2021 11:50 am

Hello All
So finalllllly I got my first British passport last week, but I want to change my name first and middle name.
I had my deed poll with me now, if l send my passport and the deed poll with new new name to HM passport office is that enough to have passport with my new name, or I need more evidences?.
Thanks in advance

If your new name does not match your foreign passport, then there may be problems.

This seems incorrect. The OP said s/he had got his first British passport ALREADY, so there was no such an issue with "foreign passport" (even if s/he had one).

OP, how did it go?
