Hi everyone,
I have applied for my visa extension on the 12th of January, and biometrics has been done on the 15th of January. I haven't heard anything since then. My biggest worry is I haven't received an acknowledgement letter even as far as I have seen; the timeline group everyone receives around the 7th or 8th week of their application. Is there anyone who hasn't received it either? Is that normal? I am worried more about that letter (lost file or something ) than the delay. Thanks for your help
