Travelling to India - Pre-requisite documents needed

Hi All

My elderly parents are returning to Mumbai (India) this April. They both are Indian citizens and were here on a visit visa.

I was looking for some guidance with regards to what pre-requisites/forms are needed to travel back to India.I know a private PCTR Covid test is needed but not sure is anyone can recommend a good clinic ?
My parents are not very tech savy so I will doing all this on their on behalf hence want to ensure everything is planned well in advance.

Any help / comments ? would be greatly appreciated
