Integra form

There has been a lot of talk about Integra forms being submitted at the time of application. Do we get this form online or will this be give to us at the time of visiting VFS?
Also, is it ok if we give generic details like board number for the company for Payslip verification ?

Hello,
You will get the form from the VFS itself.
Your payslips must be attested by your HR/Finance by stamping and signed. Nothing much required.

I mailed VFS at vfsuk.south@vfs-uk-in.com and they replied with all the forms almost instantly.

I felt it is wise to go with filled-up forms on the day of submission.
