Hi,
After some help please. Me and my husband got married a few weeks ago this was an arranged marriage organised by our parents and we did not have any communication before marriage.
I have now arrived back to the UK and have applied for a spouse visa but am don’t have anything to show in terms of whatsapp chats as we have been together the whole time we have been married.
I have included the following so far:
Sponsor full passport scanned
26 weeks wage slips
Letter of employment
Bank statements
Appendix 2
Marriage certificate and translation
44 pages of photos
Letter from sponsor confirming background of relation and consent to marriage
Letter from sponsor father who arranged the marriage
Letter from applicant confirming consent and background
To relationship
Property inspection report
Letter from father confirming can stay in the property
Housing deed
Home owners passport copy
English test A1
TB test
Applicant passport bio data page
Please can you confirm if there will be an issue of not having any texts/calls to show as I have explained in my letter this was an arranged marriage with little to no communication before marriage

No it should not be a problem as you have declared it being an arranged Marriage and HO is aware of this and the added letter from sponsor's father and applicant corroborating and agreeing to an arranged marriage could be advantageous (though not come across such before)

Thank you.
I don’t have any messages but have around 7/8 calls we made to each other which I may screenshot and provide.

Hi guys,
I posted earlier but am going through a last minute panic today as it’s the last day to upload evidence before the biometric appointment tomorrow
I have applied for my husbands spouse visa without a solicitor we got married on the 29.09 and I applied on the 12.10.
I have so far uploaded the following please let me know if there is anything else you would recommend.
I had an arranged marriage so we didn’t talk before then and I applied for the visa whilst with my husband so can’t provide whatsapp chat or phone call records as we don’t have any I have explained this in my letter but am still a bit panicky as almost everyone says you need them.
Payslips - 26 weeks + additional 2 weeks
Bank statements - last 6 months
Letter from employer
House deed
Property Inspection Report
Letter from parents giving permission to reside
Photos from our time together
Marriage certificate with translation
Wedding card
Letter from myself
Letter from husband
Letter from father explaining he set up our match
IHS fee confirmation
Sponsorship letter
English test
Tb test
Appendix 2
Passport copies both sponsor and appellant

All looks good to go.

Hi guys,
Received an email from VFS saying application has been processed but i’ve seen majority of the people who have been granted will get an email saying application has been processed.
Am I overthinking this?
Can anyone share their experience.
Applied for spouse visa from Islamabad.
Timeline
Submitted - 12.10.20
Biometrics - 28.10.20
Email to confirm app is being considered - 22.11.20
Email to collect - 24.12.2020
Seems awfully quick for a granted from the date of email considered

People's experiences on the application differs and you can not always use others encounters to gauge yours. Go collect your passport while wishing you it is a positive outcome.

Did it get approved?
I’m in a similar situation and wondered whether to wait or whether to submit now
