Accommodation Requirement for Child Visa - PBS

Hi guys,

i need to apply for a visa for my child (5 years). i am currently staying in a bed sitter with my wife, and child is in South Africa.

Do i need to provide proof of accommodation for the new place we will be staying when the child comes, and will they come for inspection if yes?

PS, i cant get a place in time and its taking long to secure accommodation.
