spouse visa pay slip matter

hi all of you i need some help for spouse visa going to apply,i was on tier1 got ILR now and applying spouse visa for wife.
i am the director of the company and taking salary my payslip cant beat 18600 SO I took DIVIDEND and salary not transferred by bank when ever i need i transferred some money from business to personal is it some prob if so what best idea
