Registration Ceremony Question

Post by mandalynn » Mon Apr 26, 2021 8:54 pm

Hi!

I was wondering: when you're registering to become a British Citizen, do you have to attend a citizenship ceremony still?

I thought I saw some cases of people just receiving their certificate in the mail, so I wasn't sure!

Thank you!

If the applicant has celebrated their 18th birthday, yes.

If the applicant hasn't, no.
