When can I visit to HO to apply for ILR

Post by qordjr » Wed Oct 08, 2008 1:52 pm

I can apply for ILR soon based on 5 years of work permit.

On my passport, the stamp of working visa issued is 15 December 2003, However, the letter from WPUK that delivered to my solicitor dated 16 December 2003. Said to my solicitor that my working visa confirmed.

Before that, I held student visa and changed to working visa (work permit) with In-Country Work Permits.

Thanks for your rely in advance.

I think that you may apply for ILR before your leave expires, but no sooner than 28 days (4 weeks) before 15 December 2008, i.e. on or after 17 November 2008 and before your leave expires.
