BRP Issue Date or Passport visa date for Application (Tier-2)

Hi All,

I have tried to find relevant answers but could not manage to get it. Should we consider BRP issue date or sticker visa dates in passport. I read some people has different dates (BRP issue date was earlier than visa date) as i have . Have you applied earliest date and being successful of it.

My dates ;

First BRP Issue Date : (18/06/2021)- i have only electronic copy to show
Passport Visa Dates : 02/07/2021- 01/08/2016

In that case , when is the earliest application date for ILR ? Has anyone applied and successful based on early dates ?

To be on the safer side go with the passport vignette. You can apply from 2/7/2021 minus 28 days.

visa entry clearence date in passport :09/07/2016
entry date in uk :16 /07/2016

which date to consider for 5 years qualifying period minus 28 days?
