CIVIL JUDGEMENT?

Can any one tell me what is civil judgement?

Does a county court order comes under civil judgement?

A claim of £1600 was made against me and third party won the claim. actually it was the result of traffic accident.

should i mention this in the application form?

Yes

Was this money actually paid out by your insurance company?
should i mention this in the application form?

Yes the money was paid by my car insurance company.

i m going to apply for ILR.
