Dear Friends,
I contacted the MP three times and he received nothing from the HO.
I contacted the HO many times without any answer.
Is it possible to withdraw my application and apply again?
Long wait and it is not normal.
Please advise

Yes, you can withdraw your application, but as you have already done biometrics, you will lose the entire fees except £80 (the citizenship ceremony fees).

Keep in mind that it is likely that the Home Office will not retain any progress that they may have already done on your application and that if you were to reapply, the clock would start from zero again.

There have been a few cases on these forums of the application taking more than a year and one where it took more than two years.

Patience and waiting is most likely your best option.

Why would you want to withdraw your application and then reapply? The application is under process (I guess) it is better to be patient and get the outcome. If you withdraw and reply, your application will go to the back of the queue again and will have to wait longer. I will suggest you wait.

Have you been checking your email address including junk folder regularly?

Did you by any chance change address during this period?

Withdrawal at this stage is not a wise decision as others suggested also.

Please anyone or any relatives/friends had applied using the IDV app since September and hasn’t received an approval. Please comment if you have the same situation
