Is it possible to switch or apply for innovator visa while after student visa end and psw granted for 2 years (wants to plan for innovator visa while on psw 2 years) ?

Also while it says short -term student visa, does it mean student on master degree course for one year visa classed as short-term student visa?

You are overthinking.

Any visa category except those listed that cannot. A short term student visa is a 6 month visa for example.

business idea which is new under UK market but successful business with proven track record outside UK market in different countries counts right business idea for innovator visa?

I applied innovator visa in March 2021 got refusal due to IELTS certificate because did not have the UKVI reference number. When we went to the website to book the test
We selected IELTS general training there is only two option IELTS GENERAL training and academic.
The ECO grant me 60 points
Only 10 points didn’t grant me for the IELTS .
For the innovator visa B2 level CEFR IELTS is require
I did it b2 level CEFR.
IELTS and IELTS for UKVI are the exact same test in terms of format, content, scoring and level of difficulty.only reference number is different and approved by the home office. The center where the exam was given is approved from home office
I applied for ADMINISTRATIVE review since April 2021 but still not receive any outcome.
