Hi Moderators
I am on ILR and approved for naturalization and attending ceremony in couple of weeks time. My wife is on ilr as well. My 3 children's aged 15/1/2 son, 12 years Son & 8 years daughter are on dependant visa until the end of 2023 (via T1 Entrepreneur rout).
I have some queries if some one could help please:
1. Can I apply now for ILR for my older son as a single applicant and if yes which form needs to be used.
2. for other 2 children can I do the same in some other time?
3. is there any other way if I can get their Naturalization directly without applying ILR (They all born out of UK and already completed 5 years in February 2021))
The reason for single application for every one OR for one is that I don't have lot of amount at the moment to apply for all of them unless if there is any other way to get Naturalisation as my aim is to get the Naturalization for older one before turning up to 16years.
Please advise
Regards
Sami

Once you are naturalised any one or all of your children are eligible to be registered as British citizens.
Read p8 of the guidance:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... y-guidance
The application form is MN1:

The children are all born outside the UK, the OP has clearly stated this.
They need ilr first.

As I mentioned in my post that my all children's born out of UK, so its a confusion that I have to go for ILR OR direct for Naturalization for them?

You can apply for any of them at any time before their visas expire.

Assuming you got your ILR via the Tier 1 Ent route, you can apply for your son using Form SET(O). Once you start the form choose the correct category as “Child below 18” and proceed.

Hi Respected Moderators
Please help me as I am filling my Children's ILR Application.
Where can I add more dependant Children's in the application while filling of dependant Child ILR application.
Please remember one parent has got British Citizenship and the other one is on ILR.
Main parent route was T1 Entrepreneur.
During Application when I finish this part:
''Applicant(s)
Once the questions for the main applicant have been completed, you will be able to add additional applicants to this application, such as a family member or dependant''
when I press continue that directly shows Finance options no other dependant addition shown.
1. Do I need to fill separate applications for other dependants if I want to OR where to add please?
2. In Finance asking benefits claiming etc while we are just claiming Child benefits, so what should be the answer please?
Many Thanks if reply promptly
Regards
Sami

They qualify for ILR under either SET(O) or SET(F). Each needs a separate application. No need to mention benefits
