Full time studies on Tier1?

Post by itsprabhu » Fri Oct 10, 2008 5:04 pm

Can Tier 1 (General) visa holders allowed to study full time ? Means,

Tier 1 Visa is for 3 years.
1st yr Study MBA
2&3 yr Earn,I believe 3rd yr earning is sufficient for getting an extension.

Is above situation allowed ,I couldnt find much information on the BIA site .

Can anyone help me on this .Thanks in Advance

I don't think just showing only last year earnings is sufficient for getting extension.

Look, why did you get a work visa if you were going to study?
You are not supposed to do it. Can you get away with it, maybe?
You are risking not meeting the income requirements by not working. Look at the guidance and find out what is expected to you to renew. That is plenty of infomation from BIA.
