PBS dependant Status after ILR Long Residence

Hi,

Hope a senior admin can help with my query.

I obtained my ILR through 10 year long residence. My wife is still on PBS Tier 2 Dependant visa. I notified my employer that I have switched to ILR and the employer is going to notify UKVI that they are no longer sponsoring me under Tier 2.

How will this affect my wife's visa. Will her PBS dependant visa curtailed or revoked by UKVI because I am no longer sponsored under Tier 2? What is the normal practice under the these circumstances. I am sure many people go through this problem frequently.

No, her visa will not be revoked

She must however switch to FLR M spouse visa, meeting all the requirements, sooner rather than later. Her 5 year ilr clock will reset to zero.
