Right to work in UK while I await my ILR decision.

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding right to work in UK while I await my ILR decision.

My scenario is as below:
I submitted my ILR (LR) application on 16th March 2021, biometrics was on 13th April 2021, currently awaiting decision on my ILR.
My current work visa (T2G) is valid till 18th June 2021.
My question is till my ILR is issued, can I continue working uninterrupted? What evidence I need to prove to my employer so that I can continue working please or anything my employer needs to do to get this details from UKBA please?

Any information in this regard will be extremely helpful.
