Scan and upload. Take originals with you. No need to print any soft copies. The staff will submit for you. There is no charge to submit biometrics plus documents as long you have scanned and uploaded them.Shahid00087 wrote: ↑Thu May 27, 2021 12:36 amThanks CULLINAN for reply do I have to take all documents with me if I upload all through UKVCAS or I just need to take my passport and BRP and obviously they will submit on my behalf will they charge me for this as well?
Hi, just wanted to update that the refund for my standard application finally received (less £25). I withdrew the standard application on 1st April and put in a super priority application. Since I was tired of waiting, I rang the contact number on 26May and the person I spoke to this time around took down my details such as name, dob, utr num, ROD num etc and said they will pass details to Home Office. On 27th May I then got an email from HO that money has been refunded and could take up to 30 day to be received back on the card used to pay. There was no explanation on the £25 deducted from the full refund. Anyway, the goodnews is that I noticed the money back in my account today. Good luck to those still waiting to get refund on the application they have withdrawn.aka007 wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 4:46 pmI understand, but they can atleast send some acknowledgment email. It's an unstable system. I have submitted my Naturalisation application last week. So now I am not sure if I push them, they may cancel all active applications. Can't take any chances. Will wait.Abiz1212 wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 12:26 pmHi,
I'm still waiting for the refund. I rang them some weeks ago and was told the refund could take up to 8 weeks. I cancelled my standard application 1st April so maybe if I don't hear from them or get a refund by 1st June I will start to panic.
Congratulations! Have you received your citizenship approval yet? Just wanted to get an idea about the current processing timelines. Thanks for the update about the cancelled application, it's helpful to know. It will be 8 weeks for me next week and I haven't received a refund for my cancelled application yet. Can you please let me know the number you called where they helped you?Abiz1212 wrote: ↑Sun May 30, 2021 6:35 pmHi, just wanted to update that the refund for my standard application finally received (less £25). I rang 0300 790 6268 then choose option 2 then 1 then 2 before getting to speak to someone. No update yet on naturalisation. I submitted application in April and did biometrics in May. Hope that helps.aka007 wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 10:13 pmCongratulations! Have you received your citizenship approval yet? Just wanted to get an idea about the current processing timelines. Super priority is a UKVI service you have paid for, ie to get a faster decision by ukvi.oliviapsu wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 3:53 amHello, I managed to successfully pay for super priority for a set m application this evening (well 1am). But.... When I was finally directed to UKVCAS website, the only appointments available were labeled as "standard". Does it often take longer to find a super priority appointment? I have looked all over the country and lots of "standard" appointments available but no option for priority as far as I can see. Is something wrong? I have double checked the application and it does state I paid for super priority. Many thanks. Off to try to get some sleep
Ahhh ok thanks for the clarification. I thought you had to purchase super priority and then book a priority appointment as well. I think it was the fact that they called the appointments "standard appointments" that threw me... but I guess that is standard as compared to say an out of hours appointment or something like that.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 5:38 amSuper priority is a UKVI service you have paid for, ie to get a faster decision by ukvi.oliviapsu wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 3:53 amHello, I managed to successfully pay for super priority for a set m application this evening (well 1am). Ukcvas is only for biomtric enrollment and document check. There is no super priority appointment at ukcvas
You should try your luck to find an earlier biometrics appointment now, super priority time count starts AFTER biometrics appointment:oliviapsu wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 3:53 amHello, I managed to successfully pay for super priority for a set m application this evening (well 1am). Suggestion for booking biometrics appointments, might be helpful to new users:
You have 45 working days to book an appointment (excluding Sat/Sun) after online submission. These days biometrics appointments are running at a 28 days lag i.e. you get an appointment for the 28th day unless you get to find an earlier cancellation.
My suggestion:
1) Login UKVCAS booking system 12 AM midnight GMT (1AM BST) to look for appointments.
2) Look for different centres and locations if you are willing to travel.
3) Look continuously for 3/4 days regularly (after submission and before booking a slot) to find an earlier cancellation or free appointments during the day/after midnight. For free appointments look especially between 6am-9am in the morning. Free options are offered by Core Centres only (week days).
4) If you fail and can not find any earlier cancellations or free appointments for next 3/4 days after submission, book one logging in at 12 AM midnight GMT. You will get one for the 28th day (has to be a week day for better availability). If the 28th day is a Sat/Sun, availability will be almost nil.
I would suggest you try your luck for 3/4 days before you book one. Once you book an appointment, you will not be able to see any more availability.

Check 1AM BST. Every day limited number of slots are released on first come first serve basis. Keep checking to get a slot.wasifabbas wrote: ↑Sat Jun 05, 2021 5:19 pmHi,
I want to submit my FM application using super priority service, however I can only see the option of standard service when I try to pay for my application.
Does anyone know why I cant see super priority service option in my application and if there is a way to resolve it?
Thanks in advance

Trying to book an appointment with UKVCAS and like many of you not getting anything for next 4-5 weeks. I was wondering if it's best to just book what's available now and then try to re-schedule to an earlier date or is it better to just wait for some slots and try booking early morning? I've read that the system doesn't let you see any other appointments until and unless you cancel your existing appointment? I don't want to wait 4-5 weeks but also don't want to risk losing what I am getting now? any advice anyone?
Did you try to read the suggestion just two posts above yours??eclectic wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 1:10 pmHi Guys,

You have posted in the ilr topic and sub forum.ajackett wrote: ↑Wed Jun 23, 2021 11:05 amHi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me out here.
I am on ILR and applied for my Naturalisation in early January. I then booked my appointment for 1 Feb 2021, and uploaded all my documents online to the UKVCAS portal by about 25th January. I then attended my appointment on 1 Feb. The officer said all good, now everything would be processed etc.
However, I have logged back onto the UKVCAS website - there is still my appointment details on there, the option to cancel my appointment (from 4.5 months ago which I attended) and still able to upload documents. Is this normal??? I would've thought something would be triggered on the system to close all this off - maybe I'm stressing myself over nothing, but I'm hoping someone can provide me with their experiences post-appointment.
Thanks so much!
