In Appendix 1 form, section 4.8 Earnings Table. What do I need to write in the last column which is 'Evidence of earnings provided'?
Do i need to write 'Yes' Or I have to mention the documents I am providing like bank stmt, pay slips etc. But there is not much room availalble on the form to write all the document names so I assume it should be 'Yes' only?
Please reply urgently.
