Thanks, They ask the photo, fee, and photocopy of the first page passport which we can do all of things online. And send back the GNIB card if your son is over 16 old.

Hello Guys,
I received approval for my child on 10th June. The application was submitted in February 2019. I submitted fee and other documents on the same day and today I received email that certificate fee process completed and that certificate will be posted with 2-3 working days.
Has anyone else received the same type of email mentioning "2-3 working days"?
Thanks.

I received the same letter today. I suppose a robot sent it out when the INIS online form went to the Completed stage.

Got letter in October-November 2020 to submit fee and photographs which I sent. Got email replay in December that it will be sent in next 2-3 weeks.
Since then complete silence. Ridiculous functioning of department. Can’t figure out what is reason of delay in printing the certificate.

Nopes. I haven't received nothing yet. I am sure 2-3 working days means 6 months to 1 year at least.

Hi guys ,
A friend of mine sent citz application for his 5 years old daughter, last year . It’s been 6 months and he is still waiting for acknowledgment letter and the return of his own and daughter’s original passports, is this normal these days ?
He wrote to the department few times but getting nothing more then the standard reply saying that due to COVID they will return the original passports only if there is a medical emergency.
Has anyone waiting this long just for their passports to be sent back to them and the acknowledgment letter ?
Any idea guys ? My friend is quite stressed out .
Thank you all
I applied for my children in late 2020. Everything (including passports) went registered post with a tracking number, so I know it was delivered. I've heard absolutely nothing, though it's been about half a year now. No acknowledgement, no numbers assigned, no return of documents. I'm getting fairly nervous about the utter lack of communication at this point, especially given that there are no application reference numbers to cite.
I have waited 1 year and 6 months before they sent me a reference number for my 6 year old daughter I applied on February 2020
