On Tier 1 visa, want to go back to India for one year?

Hello Forum members,

I came to UK 2 weeks back as a Tier 1 migrant (HSMP), visa valid for another 3 years. Now since economy is not doing great, job market is running slow. Also my old employer in India is calling me back for another 6 months to one year project.

Is it possible, that I can leave UK now and come back after a year?

Also is there any authority to whom I can inform about it before leaving UK?

feel free to leave and come back after a year, u dont need to inform anybody.
