Tier 2 ICT grace period

Hi there,

My last date with my current employer is on the 4th of August.
My Tier 2 ICT visa is due to expire on the 14th of August.
I have my 2nd covid vaccine jab on 22nd August.

1. Should I leave the country immediately after my employment end date or can I stay till my visa expiration?
2. May I please know if I get any grace period to leave the country after my visa expiration?
3. Is there any possibility to extend my stay legally till August end as I want to get my 2nd jab and leave the country?

You must leave the UK by the 14th August. If you don't, you become an overstayer. There is no grace period.

I am afraid it is not possible to bring 2nd jab forward as I am under 40. Please let me know if you know how to.

Can I write to somebody like in the HO to allow me to stay legally in the UK till I get my 2nd jab? Do you think that would work?

When your visa expires and you don't leave, you become an overstayer. It is that simple.
