List of professionally acceptable refrees

In the Nationality Policy General Information published this year in February 2021, the Refree section does not list the acceptable professions. Google search shows old information from this forum and other blogs. How do we construe what the acceptable refree is based on the Nationality Policy published this year, particularly for a refree of professional standing?
