VFS Portal Issue - Visitor Visa for 10 years

I'm applying visa for my father.

During this process, I was trying to upload documents into the VFS portal by adding my father's application number and email address.

However, I'm getting connected to other users' profiles. For example, I'm getting connected to Devsh**** Nil*** Gan**** and their application number is GWF06*****97. So far I can see 6 different users.

Seems like I'm accessing someone else profile - this is crazy

Anyone had a similar issue?

I'm a bit worried that my father's profile will be accessed by someone else in the same way.
