Albanian Passport and UK Spouse Visa

Hi

Making an inquiry for a friend of mine.
He got Albanian Passport and UK Spouse Visa.

Is he allowed to travel from UK to Italy or Germany without a problem? Albania is part of Schengen Areas and are entitled to freely move across Schengen Area.

Just like to confirm if he can leave UK to any EU countries in this case? I assume yes because he can enter EU countries with Albanian passport and then he has got UK Spouse Visa to enter back to UK.
