Refugee Set (p) application requirement or process!!

Hi everyone, my refugee leave to remain is due to expire in months time. I have applied for ILR through set (p). I got appointments for my finger print and to submit documents.
Can anyone tell me what documents do I need to submit?
They gave me checklists but it’s only included the travel document, brp, birth certificate for kids and home office decision letter.
My question is, do i need to proof again why I can’t go back or anything else? Or what should I submit?

No. Just follow the checklist. ILR on SET(P) is straightforward and require minimal documentation and no fees.

My application time scale so far

Refugee leave expire: 18/07/2021
application submitted: 28/05/2021
Biometric booked: 15/06/2021
( cost £280 for 4 applicants; me, my wife and 2 Uk born children)

Now waiting for the outcome. I know it’s too early but really tensed if something negative happened.
