Past earning issue in UAE

I am having around 5 year’s experience in IT where 1 year a Manager level experience. I am earning 18,000 per year which shows good enough here in UAE but in requirements shows UAE is in Income Band 1 and minimum income should be 27,000 which is bit high for UAE.
If I will ignore income band still I am making 70 points

Education: 15
4 year experience senior level: 50
Age: 5

Please suggest me should I apply under HSMP or not as I am not coming under income earning band.

Dear Zeeshan
If you manage to get the required 65 points you will qualify as you do not have to claim points in all categories. Having said that if your earnings are not upto requirement the HSMP team may doubt your claim of having a senior level position. In short if you dont claim the points of earning than your claim about having senior level position may not be considered by HSMP team and you may get less points in your experience category. This is all that I know from some previous posts. Lets see what senior members say about it
