Applied for ILR LR but no response at all UKVCAS

Post by svatuk » Sat Jul 03, 2021 2:33 pm

Hello All

My wife recently (8th June 2021) applied for ILR LR by visiting the Manchester Premier Lounge.
We have received an email straight away from "FES Submissions <no-reply@mail.ukvcas.co.uk>" saying your supporting information has been submitted to UKVI and UKVI will be in touch directly if they need any additional information.
Since then we have not received any mail or email neither from Sopra-Steria or UKVI.
Also on the day of the appointment at Sopra-Steria, they just took very few documents (a couple of the latest utility bills) which are not uploaded earlier. They did not even take the old passport, to prove her stay in the UK.
Is this is the normal procedure for everyone?

Can please someone share your experience or knowledge on this.

Thanks in advance
