bit panicking.. : (
I would like to request all for some help as i am filling my wife's FLR M extension application.
just filling the absence days found that she has got 180 days absence at one period (left uk on 30th sep 2019- 9:30pm departure flight and returned on 27 feb 2020 evening 7pm).
1. Am i calculating correct ? is it 180 days please No, its 150 days so stop panicking.
2. would it affect her FLR M extension.
3. would it affect her ILR after completely 5 years partner route please.- I think it is SET M application.
4. would it affet her ILR if applying under 10 year route SET -LR please.
Many thanks in advance

The above does NOT apply to spouse visa holders. Please do not give incorrect quotes and advicemavaas11 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 11:47 pmits a 150 days, but read below from HO guidance
No more than 180 days’ absences are allowed in a consecutive 12-month period.
You must only include whole days in this calculation. Part day absences, for
example, less than 24 hours, are not counted. Therefore, if the applicant had a single
absence during the 12 month period and arrived in the UK on day 181, the period
would not exceed 180 days.

An FLR(M) visa holder is free to do any type of employment/business.I would like to request to clear a doubt that in FLR-M can the applicant set up a limited company ?
The requirements for ILR are the same as FLR(M) for financial plus two years proof of cohabitation, plus English B1 and LIUK test. After FLR-M extension completing 5 years route, would it be SET M for the ILR ! If so anything i need to mindful and to be considering in the qualifying period please like income, absence in uk etc please.
