Applying for Dependent along with Tier 2 extension

Hi everyone,

I have my current Tier 2 Visa which is expiring on September 2021, I have applied for an extension for the remaining 2 years, I wanted to apply for my wife's dependent visa along with me, she is out of UK at the moment.
I've referred my application number on her application and applied all the current sponsorship details, but while submitting the IHS details it asks my details when my visa is expiring, I've put the current visa details as in September 2021 hence it's showing IHS fee of £0 which I'm pretty sure will cause the visa to be rejected.

What should I do to apply for a dependent along with my extension? I don't want to wait till my application is completed otherwise I will have to apply for her visa again to complete 5 years just for completing few days.
