Change of employment - Skilled Worker Visa

Hi,

My currently Skilled Worker Visa is granted until 28/02/2022 and I am moving to another company.

My new visa is granted from 23/08/2021, and my last day working for the current company will be 20/08/2021.

Is there any implication for my ILR having this 2 day's gap, even if it is a weekend?
