URGENT pls help

Hi,
I am leaving for south africa tommorrow to apply for my tier 1 visa.
I need statements showing that my savings have been more than 2800gbp but HSBC are refusing to write a letter or stamp my bank statements as they say they do not do this.
Has anyone had any luck having this done anywhere, and if you could tell me where so i could try there too?
They have said that they can send me the originals but these will take 3 days and so I am scared that the date will not be within 7 days by the time it reaches me in South Africa.
Can anyone please help??

i got a bank statement in HSBC with all the necessary details except address on the statement.i your's is same bank then please contact in any branch and request them to give a temporary statement.they will give a print from their system.hope this helps.
