Visa Granted and whats Next

Post by Charlie09 » Fri Jul 30, 2021 12:29 pm

Gents,

I thank you for your valuable advice prior my Mrs application.
I have received an email today that application is successful.
Your application under the Partner (FLR M) route of the Immigration Rules has been successful.
You have been granted permission to stay in the UK until 30 Jan 2024

My Mrs arrived on 01 July 2018 and current leave will expire on 30 Jan 2024.
Can we apply ILR after 5 years? And do we need to keep the bills/proof of ID for the whole duration?
She has paased B1 in 2018. We used the same certificate in extension. Can we use during ILR application?
I thank you for help.

ILR through SET(M) after completing 5years on the spouse/partner route.
Same can be used at ILR so far still meeting the conditions of being on HO list by then.

B1 test can be used again provided the test and test provider is still on the ukbi approved list when the ilr time comes.

Hi All,
I have received a resident permit card and the start date is 30-07-2021.
Previous visa expired on 05-03-2021 and extention applied within time.
As there is a gap, would there be any issue at the of ILR SETM application?

The date on the BRP indicates when it was issued, there is no gap and no issue at ILR application time.
