Marrying an EEA national with pre settles status

hi all , i am new here ,

i will be marrying an eea national in UK on pre settles status. After marriage what visa can i apply for ? How long does the visa process takes and what are the costs. i know some brexit has taken place and now what are the policies and costs. and then i have some other questions. He lives in Scotland.
