PBS Dependant Extension

Dear Experts,

Need your opinions.

My current tier 2 general visa and my wife will to expire on 14-08-2021, but I got my ILR approved on 15th July, 2021, and my wife will be eligible to apply for ILR next year in January. However now I need to apply for extension for her before 14-08-2021.

I got confused while filling information for IHS for my wife as dependent , they asked work start and work end dates. As I am not any more on Tier 2 or skilled visa (now having ILR), should I enter dates work start and end based on dates on my ILR BRP.

Please advise.

Enter the work start and end dates from your last CoS.

Note that it will be a 3 year extension even though she may be eligible for ILR next year and you must pay IHS for the full 3 years.

Thanks for your quick response. However my old COS work start and end dates are expired. Work end date was 31st July, 2021 on COS, and visa expiry on BRP 14-08-2021.

And ILR expiry date in 2024 for me.

Please suggest now what should I enter work start and end date for IHS for my wife PBS extension.

As per my previous post, enter the work start and end dates from your last CoS.

Enter date of application and a date exactly 3 years in the future to get the correct IHS fee.

Hello Expert,

I have an ILR with expiry date 31-12-2024 as I mentioned before. But for correct IHS fee for my wife I entered work start date today 11/08/2021 and expiry date exactly three years 11/08/2024.

But now as main applicant what should I enter expiry date in my details (31-12-2024) or 11/08/2024( used for IHS fee)
