Can child leave UK & return; who is born in UK, eligibile for registration now & holds a dependant visa

Firstly, massive thanks to this forum, I was able to solve all my immigration doubts till now and acquire ILR
This forum is full of useful and trustworthy information.

So, I got ILR recently, my wife(homemaker) and elder child (born out of UK) will also have ILR soon.

This query is for my second child who is born in UK and is on dependant visa, her brp states (Type of Permit - Dependant Child Leave to Remain) with expiry date of 2023.

Previously, I was under Tier 2 ICT visa and that would have expired in 2023 but I went for ILR as I and others were eligible for it using SET LR. For my second child I have to go for UK registration but I understand this process is going to take few months. Although I will begin her MN1 procedure.

Now I have to go to my country soon for a visit (for 15-20 days in next couple of months once ILRs are done) and the main question which arise is that can my second child use her dependant visa BRP card to return back to UK ?

Will the current dependant work for her even though all other in my family will have switched to ILR.
There is no harm in starting her UK registration procedure while we are leaving UK and coming back ?
Am I overthinking it ?

I can provide more information if something is not clear in my above post.

Can a Tier 2 Dependent continue on its visa, even leave UK and come back, if the main applicant has switched to ILR and his MN1 application is in process ?

A tier 2 dependent can't continue in their visa if you applied for ilr based on long residence.

If traveling out of the UK, they should apply to switch visas or in your case, apply for mn1 and wait.
