How to abtain "Evidence of immigration status in the UK"

Hi,
I'm applying ILR application using this online service: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o, and was asked to provide: "Evidence of Mrs xxx immigration status in the UK", i tried with online service from here to get the proof: https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status, but failed with this message:
The details entered don't match our records.
I tried with my BRP number and passport number, both do not work.

I'm on Tier 2 general visa, and i'm from China, can you please let me know how can I obtain / request a "Evidence of immigration status in the UK" ?

Your visas and BRP cards are the evidences, no need to go online and get proof.
