Recently I have applied for my dependants FLR(M) visa while my ILR is under process.
Now I got my ILR and would like to update the UKBA about the latest update.

How should I do this?

How should I do this? What's the purpose of updating HO? The extension will be on hold, now that your ILR is granted, the FLRM will be processed.

You do NOT need to 'update UKVI'. They will know you have been granted ILR and will only now start processing the FLR(M) visa.
