British Naturalization queries

Post by irfan khan » Mon Aug 16, 2021 8:16 pm

Hi folks,

I am applying for my British citizenship and I will really appreciate if you can reply to my following queries:

1- I have got my ILR two months ago (based on 5 year route -FLR(M) ) and currently my husband is a British national (he got his nationality in 2017). Am I eligible to apply now or do I have to wait for 1 year after my ILR was approved?

2- For the requirement that I would have present in UK , do I have to calculate that day from the date of application 3 years back or 5 years back?

3- Can I travel outside UK while my naturalization application is in process?

Early reply will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
