Delay in application processing due to ISC

Hi,

I got an email from the HO saying that they have contacted my sponsor asking them to pay the ISC charge which they initially did not pay as they thought I was exempt from payment. What stage of decision making would my application be at this stage? My sponsor has made the payment within an hour of receiving the link to make the payment, so how long would it take to get a decision? Will the application necessarily be deferred for 10 days? Thank you.
