Baby Tier 4 dependent Application Withdrawn

I have submitted my 8 month's old baby tier 4 dependent application on 6 August, 2021 and booked an appointment for her documents and biometrics submission to Sopra Steria (third party service provider) on 13 August, 2021 but due to having low maintenance funds, I had to withdraw that application and I had withdrawn that application on 7 August, 2021 using the form in the link below. Can anyone help in how long it takes them to reply and refund application fee and IHS fee and will they email or send letter?

I will highly appreciate if someone can share their experience.

I don't believe there is a set turnaround time.

Since your baby does not have formal permission and is more than 3 months old, they are not now covered for NHS hospital fees. It may be wise to take out some health insurance for them until they have their Student dependant permission.
