Hello,
My wife is on Tier 2 General route (Primary) and due for her ILR in December 2021.
Bit confused on financial requirements as have read different things. She is working and earns more the £36,000 per annum will she need to show any savings during her application or employment salary slips, P60's are fine.
Note: Her job is under shortage occupancy code.
Many Thanks !

The documents are provided by government and are what the decision makers use or base their acts on. Your getting the same document or guidance to go through prepares you better in organising your documents, filling the application. The someone you are asking read same to be able to answer you. Can you go through the document, see what you can glean from it then if any clarification required to reinforce your understanding then ask.

They are confusing to most if not all at the beginning.

Well I asked only for a particular section where I can search and absord the information. Didn't ask any to explain it.
Anyways Thanks.

Hello,
I am about to apply for my dependent - ILR in few months and have come to my attention that the tax code for one of the year was incorrect as I switched from self employed to permanent job.
My question is: does this have any materialistic effect on the application ? Am bit worried about it now.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Am on Tier 2 General Dependant visa and has my current permit ending in September 2022.
Question: Can I apply for renewal before September that is sometime in June or July ?
Thanks in advance.
