Up to 100 days during the prior 12 months are normally disregarded.shahmeer75 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 26, 2021 12:29 amHi,
My wife went abroad to meet her parents for supposedly 60 days but the return flight was cancelled due to Covid related operational issues. She booked a subsequent flight twice and both were cancelled. Then she got a flight and came back to the UK after 95 days.
Can she apply for British nationality if it is more than 90 days provided that it was out of our hands to be back in time?
I have flight cancellation emails as a proof.
Thank you.

I doubt the OP would have had a decision in a couple of months, going by reported timelines.magicsign wrote: ↑Sat Aug 28, 2021 11:11 pmshahmeer75 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 11:31 pmExcellent, thank you.
